Truma is launching a loyalty reward for Truma iNet Box users. Anyone who switches to the iNet X Connectivity Set 2 during the promotional period from 1 September 2026 up to and including 30 November 2026 and meets the eligibility criteria will receive two additional years of remote control service free of charge. Combined with the two years already included, this results in a total of four years of remote control service at no additional cost.
The iNet X Connectivity Set 2 enables the transition to the iNet X System when used with compatible devices and the appropriate system configuration.
The switch is not possible in every vehicle or with every existing device configuration. Compatibility should therefore be checked by a Truma partner before purchase.
Why is Truma offering this loyalty reward?
One reason behind the loyalty reward is the gradual phase-out of 2G cellular networks in Europe. The Truma iNet Box uses this mobile network technology for all remote control functions. As the network transition progresses, these remote functions may become limited or may no longer be available, depending on the country and network coverage.
The Truma iNet System App will no longer be supported by further updates from 1 January 2027. However, the app and the Truma iNet Box can still be used with their existing range of functions.
From 1 January 2027, Truma will cease providing updates and maintenance releases for the Truma iNet System App. The app can still be used with its existing range of functions.
On 1 January 2028, service and support for the Truma iNet System App and the Truma iNet Box will also cease. Truma iNet Box production was discontinued on 1 January 2023.
Important for users: Which functions remain available and which are restricted depends, amongst other things, on the specific usage situation, app support, mobile network coverage, and individual device and vehicle configurations.
Loyalty reward for existing Truma iNet Box users
As part of this promotion, participating Truma iNet Box users who purchase and register an iNet X Connectivity Set 2 will receive a further two years’ remote control service free of charge, in addition to the two years’ remote control service already included. This amounts to a total of four years’ remote control service at no extra cost. The benefit is worth up to €138.*
Once the free period has expired, the remote control service can be extended for a fee. It will not be renewed automatically.

Compatibility and the role of specialist retailers
Participation in this promotion does not guarantee that existing devices or vehicle installations will be technically compatible with the iNet X System. Specialist retailers are therefore an important port of call for checking your existing configuration, receiving advice on the right solution, and ensuring the conversion is carried out professionally.
