To provide active cooling, our Truma Cooler must be connected to a power supply. Various options are available:
The power consumption varies from model to model and depends on various factors, such as the outside temperature, fridge/freezer size, temperature of stored chilled goods and the desired temperature. Here is an example: With an on-board voltage, an outside temperature of 25°C, temperature adjustment of 5°C, the C30 has an average power consumption of 0.5 A.

The Truma Cooler is your ideal companion if you tend to enjoy travelling in a self-sufficient manner. The portable fridge/freezer can be operated with a combination of battery and solar module.

All our models offer the same cooling power and can chill or freeze things down to -22 degrees. While only one desired temperature can be set for Single Zone models, Dual Zone models have two individual temperature zones. This allows you to chill and freeze items at the same time.
