It has now become much easier for European fans to get their hands on a Truma Cooler, the sought-after portable fridge/freezer. The various models were previously only available in German speaking regions via specialist trade partners. From 2022 onwards, the Truma Cooler will also be available at selected wholesalers in large parts of Europe, as sales of the portable fridge/freezers will be extended to Italy, France, Spain, Sweden, Benelux, Denmark, Poland, Greece and Turkey.
The features of the Truma Cooler are also impressing users on an international scale: Whether you are camping, barbecuing in the garden or heading on a trip – the portable fridge/freezer is something you don’t want to leave behind. The powerful compressor and high-quality insulation ensure constant temperatures from 10 down to -22 degrees. “Dual Zone” models even offer two individually adjustable temperature zones – meaning customer do not need to choose between chilled food or ice cubes. Moreover, the Truma Cooler is able to run in low-noise operation over long periods. Reinforced corners and stainless steel hinges make the fridge/freezer a robust appliance, which is suitable for continuous use.
Four different energy sources can be used: the vehicle battery, a combination of battery and solar module, the 230 V mains power or the Truma Cooler BatteryPack, which was recently launched on the German market, allowing for rather versatile use. And: The Truma Cooler can be conveniently controlled by smartphone via Bluetooth by means of the free Truma Cooler App.
“Since its market launch in August 2020, the Truma Cooler has become a real best seller in our range. The most exciting part for us is that the fridge/freezer has been bought by people who are not campers. We are now extending our sales to be able to directly meet international demand in a swifter manner”, explains Truma Product Manager, Jan-Peter Albers.
With this in mind, Truma is preparing European specialist trade partners in good time for the period of greatest demand.
The Truma Cooler is available in eight different sizes from a capacity of 30 to 104 litres. A USB connection is integrated for charging tablets or smartphones. It also comes equipped with a bottle opener to fully live up to the product motto. Which is: “Your Cooler moment.” Now also throughout Europe.
