Truma Dealer/Service Program

Taking Partnership to the Next Level

Since 2013, Truma has been building a technical network of dealer/service partners throughout North America. The Truma Dealer/Service Program is designed to strengthen our service network, serve our base more efficiently, and help our partners, as service locations, capitalize on aftermarket opportunities.

Program Details

The Truma Dealer/Service Program is built on a foundation of partnership and collaboration. This program has two levels (Service Partners and Premium Partners) and is exclusive to locations that have participated in Truma Systems Training.

  • A Dealer/Service location with at least 25% of its technicians trained on one Truma System is eligible to be a Service Partner. Service Partners may service select Truma systems and sell Truma AquaGo water heaters after-market to end-users.

  • A Dealer/Service location with 25% of its technicians trained on all of Truma’s systems is eligible to be a Premium Partner. Premium Partners may service all Truma systems and sell select products, such as the Truma AquaGo and Truma Aventa, as Aftermarket installations to end-users.

  • Locations without technicians who are trained on at least one Truma system are currently ineligible to participate in the program. Contact Truma Technical Training at training@trumacorp.com for information on upcoming sessions.

Aftermarket Opportunities

One of the key benefits of the Truma Dealer/Service Program is the additional access to parts and systems that your technicians will now have. Service Partners have access to the parts you need to service Truma Systems and process Warranty Claims. You will also have the opportunity to sell Truma AquaGo to RV owners as an aftermarket installation.

Premium Partners experience those same benefits with access to more parts and the opportunity to sell Truma AquaGo, Truma Aventa, and Truma VarioHeat (late 2025) to RV owners as aftermarket installations.

Benefits & Expectations

Truma Dealer/Service Program participants receive exclusive sales discounts, marketing benefits, concierge service, and training opportunities based on their tier level. In addition, Premium Partners can have credit terms, onsite training, and access to the Truma Diagnostic Tool.

Both Premium and Service Partners agree to the following:
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment where all customers are welcome

  • Carry and service OEM brands with Truma systems

  • Strong service reputation (Google Reviews and BBB will be considered)

  • Adhere to all Truma aftermarket policies relating to pricing and over-the-counter sale of Truma parts per Terms and Conditions

  • Remain in good credit standing (based on Dunning research) and strong payment history with Truma.

Truma will work with all partners to ensure you receive prompt service, accessibility to spare parts, and increased resources to help get end-users back on the road should their Truma systems need attention.

How to Participate

If our records show that 25% of your technicians are already trained on at least one Truma system, you have been enrolled as a Service Partner. If your technicians are trained on all Truma Systems, we will contact you to elevate your location to Premium Partner status. With over 300 dealer/service locations throughout North America, we will be contacting Premium Partners in stages.
