Become a Truma Certified Service Technician
Truma is building a North American network of certified service technicians to install, service, and support owners of Truma systems. Truma Certified Dealer Partners and service technicians are trained to install and service the Truma AquaGo. We also offer hands-on regional training programs that include detailed service instructions for all Truma systems and give technicians 12 training hours toward RVTI recertification and RVTI Level 3 certification.
Regional Training
We have had the pleasure of bringing our Regional Training program to service technicians all across North America. Our regional training program provides technicians with the highest level of technical training on Truma systems. Completing this training authorizes technicians to perform service work on Truma systems, including high-level repairs such as Truma AquaGo mixing vessel replacements.
Each session includes a classroom presentation on the Truma AquaGo, Aventa, Combi, and VarioHeat, as well as hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the AquaGo and Combi.
One session covers all four systems, and technicians who receive a passing grade on the post-training evaluation will qualify for 12 hours toward their RVIA recertification and RVTI Level 3 certification.

RVTI Level 3 Certification
As a proud partner of the RV Technical Institute, Truma is one of the first components suppliers to offer Level 3 Specialty Technician training. Technicians who have completed Level 1 and Level 2 RVTI training will now have the opportunity to further their education with specialty training. Technicians participating in our regional training sessions will earn credits toward Appliance Specialist certification in addition to continuing education credits for re-certification.
