What is the Truma Dealer/Service Program?

Truma North America is building “Simply Better” relationships with RV dealers and service centers to make service more accessible to our end users. Enrollment in the program includes placement on Truma’s dealer map, region-specific customer referrals, and access to systems and service parts at discounted prices. Service centers or mobile service providers with 25% or more of their technicians trained on a single Truma system qualify as Service Partners. Brick-and-mortar service centers with 25% or more of their technicians trained on all Truma systems will be considered for promotion to the Premium Partner level.
