Torres has led product engineering and innovation teams starting from the ground up. With an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business, he looks forward to building his team by focusing on people, products, and processes.
“I was immediately drawn to the products and people of Truma. I look forward to the opportunity to work with the engineering team in Germany to develop a team and processes around the great products we already offer and our future product roadmap,” said Torres.
Sales Operation Manager Sean Steinke
Focusing on sales and distribution, Elkhart native Sean Steinke has signed on as Truma’s new Sales Operation Manager. Coming to this new role with 16 years of sales and operations experience, Steinke understands how pivotal strong distribution channels are for a company’s future.
“We are in a challenging economic climate, and how we react now will be what pushes us into a position of success in the next five years. I am excited to help my teammates and Truma achieve our goals and continue to grow,” Steinke said.
