Thanks to their integrated hose rupture protection, the Truma high-pressure hoses and the latest generation of gas pressure regulators meet all statutory requirements for operating the gas system while the vehicle is in motion.

If the hose is damaged in an accident, the hose rupture protection is triggered and reliably stops the flow of gas.

Truma offers a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee on regulators, gas filters and high-pressure hoses – find out more here.

For maximum compatibility with gas cylinders and connection systems throughout Europe.
The Truma high-pressure hoses are available in six different versions and two different lengths, ensuring reliable and safe use of gas systems throughout Europe.
The hose rupture protection provides additional safety: if the hose is damaged or ruptures in an accident, the hose rupture protection (black knob on the gas hose) prevents gas from escaping uncontrollably. As soon as pressure loss is detected, the valve on the hose rupture protection seals shut. After each cylinder change, the black knob on the hose rupture protection must be pressed firmly for 5 seconds to allow gas to flow again.
We provide a 5-year manufacturer’s guarantee for exclusive use of Truma gas pressure regulators, gas filters and HP hoses.
After each gas cylinder change, the black knob on the safety device must be pressed firmly for about 5 seconds when using high-pressure hoses with integrated hose rupture protection. Only then is the gas supply restored, and the gas system can be operated as usual.
No. The high-pressure hose and gas pressure regulator must be compatible in terms of connection type, thread, and area of application. In addition, connections vary depending on the gas cylinder and the country. You can find the standard connections used in different countries here.
Hose rupture protection automatically shuts off the gas supply if the hose is damaged or if an unusually large volume of gas is escaping. This significantly reduces the risk of an uncontrolled gas leak and increases the safety of the gas system and the people in the vehicle.
