Truma Service Technician Training
Truma is building a North American network of trained service technicians to install, service, and support owners of Truma systems. Truma Service Partners are trained to install and service the Truma AquaGo. Truma Premium Partners are trained to service all Truma Systems and to install the Truma AquaGo, Aventa, and VarioHeat (2026).
Whether we bring our training to you for a full dealership/service location training session or you send technicians to one of our local sessions, you can have confidence that Truma’s Technical Trainers will provide a comprehensive hands-on experience.
On-site Training
Schedule Truma’s Technical Training to be on-site at your dealer/service location and let us train all your service technicians. This session includes a classroom presentation on the Truma AquaGo, Aventa, Combi, Alde 3030 Compact, and VarioHeat, and hands-on troubleshooting and repair of all systems. In addition, your technicians will learn how to install the Truma AquaGo and Aventa as an aftermarket sale.
One session covers the systems mentioned above, and technicians who receive a passing grade on the post-training evaluation will qualify for 12 hours toward their RVIA recertification and RVTI Level 3 certification.

Truma is offering complimentary training at our facility in Elkhart, Indiana. This 2-day training will cover all Truma systems and will include both hands-on and classroom instruction.
