More than two-thirds of RVers travel with at least one other person and 43% of that time, a pet is included. It’s no secret that RVing can open your eyes to new experiences and perspectives. A surefire way to make those memorable journeys even better? Someone to share them with of course. We asked some of our Truma friends to tell us a bit more about who they travel with and what they like to do.

Ursula is a Travel Nurse and picks up contracts along the way on our travels. Tim has picked up photography and videography to help document our journey along the way. Mr. Milton was a recent addition to our family and he has been such a treat. He is also known as Cookie Monster. He loves treats and is extremely food-motivated. We both enjoy the outdoors and although neither of us spent a ton of time camping or towing anything in our younger years, we found this lifestyle extremely enjoyable and mostly stress-free as we discover new areas across the country.

I (Kenny) do freelance marketing work, I mainly travel to RV shows and Expos and help host events, by giving RV Tours or sharing our experience and tips with people who are new to RVing.
Sabrina is a Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician and does what is called Locum work, think of travel nursing, but for physicians. For the years we full-timed in our RV, I would drive her all over the country to any hospital that needed her the most. She still does this today, but she mostly flies to these locations, and I will either meet up with her in the RV or she will fly back to where I am with the RV or back to our home base.
We also travel with our small dog Belle, who is really the reason we started to look into RVing in the first place. We wanted a way to travel where Belle could go everywhere with us, and after 135,000 miles and three countries, Belle has seen more than most people have. She is so excited to see where we are going next and who she is going to meet.

I work full-time in the hospitality industry and am an avid camper on the weekends. I have spent years exploring Washington State trails and have completed several 50K runs over the past 11 years, and love to volunteer at aid stations for local races!
I travel with my kids, grandkids, and two rescue muts. We love to find water access and spend time paddle boarding, and swimming. We never miss a natural wonder and seek out hikes, waterfalls, caves, and unique natural wonders.
You can find me in little local coffee shops, distilleries, and wineries enjoying everything Washington has to offer.
