Silent Heat and Continuous Hot Water

Bring the comforts of home to the campsite with the new Alde Compact 3030 plus. Alde is the European leader in hydronic heating systems for RVs and the latest addition to the Alde family also offers continuous hot water.

The Alde uses radiant, hydronic central heating to create silent, gentle air movements that fill an RV with pleasant warmth and natural humidity. A central boiler is powered by propane and electricity, and the system is filled with warm glycol, which heats the air via convectors. The natural convection is based on the principle that heated air rises to the ceiling and flows downward again as it cools. The boiler also serves as the heater for the hot water supply.

  • Larger 10 liter hot water tank
  • Continuous hot water  — up to 4 liters per minute

Take Long and Frequent Showers

We want you to feel as comfortable in your motorhome or travel trailer as you do at home. With the new Alde Compact 3030 plus, you get continuous hot water for long and frequent showers. The boiler is a development of our popular Alde Compact 3030 boiler model, which provides you with pleasant waterborne heat and hot water in your recreational vehicle.

Natural Convection, Luxury Comfort

Alde relies on natural convection, the simple principle that warm air moves upwards. When the heated air rises from the strategically placed vents and reaches the ceiling, it circulates back down towards the floor as it cools and reheats. The circulating air warms furniture and surfaces, creating a barrier in front of windows to keep the cold at bay.

Two Zones, More Comfort

A two-zone heating system gives you the ability to set different temperatures in different areas of the RV for ultimate comfort. One common example is a zone for the living area and a zone for the bedroom. This allows you to keep the bedroom cooler for a better night’s sleep as well as reduce fuel consumption overall.

Intelligent Climate Technology with Truma Air Conditioners

With Alde’s intelligent climate technology, the system maintains the set temperature in the most efficient manner possible. The boiler automatically calculates if it needs to raise or lower the power level to reach the set temperature without using more energy or fuel than necessary. This keeps the RV comfortable while conserving both gas and electricity.

This also makes the transitions between Night Mode and Day Mode or between heat and a Truma air conditioner a seamless experience. A Truma Aventa or Truma Saphir can be connected to the Alde system and an outdoor temperature sensor to be controlled from the Alde panel for an interconnected comfort system.

Extend Your Comfort with Routine Maintenance

All Alde Hydronic Heating systems rely on glycol as the heating fluid that keeps your RV comfortably warm. Glycol also protects against corrosion and bacteria growth. To maintain these benefits, glycol must be replaced every two years. Schedule your glycol exchange with a Truma Service Center today!
