EU Data Act
The European Data Act grants users of connected products and services certain rights regarding access to data generated during their use.
Access to iNet X Data
To support these rights, Truma provides the iNet X Data Portal. Users can access data associated with their iNet X account and connected devices via the portal. The portal also allows authorised third parties to submit data access requests, provided this is permitted under applicable law.
iNet X Data Portal
The iNet X Data provides a central point of access for exercising data access rights under the European Data Act.
Once authenticated, users can request and download available data relating to their iNet X account and their registered devices. Authorised third parties can submit data access requests via the same portal in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. The requested data is made available via the portal in a structured electronic format.
