- Customer service enquiries, technical support enquiries, product or service feedback, claims and complaints, as well as enquiries regarding orders, deliveries or invoices, should be directed to our Service Centre.

- Reports regarding discrimination, harassment or other incidents covered by the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) can be submitted via the internal reporting channel.
All reports received will be treated confidentially and investigated in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
