New Freedom for Vehicle Manufacturers
The new control panel also offers significant advantages when it comes to integration. In addition to the existing installation options, the display can now be mounted fully flush within the interior. This allows for even more seamless integration into modern vehicle interiors and supports premium design concepts.
Optimized CAN Connectivity for Greater Flexibility
An additional CAN connection expands networking possibilities within the vehicle. Components such as the second-generation Aventa air conditioning system, CombiNeo, or iNet X Connect can now be integrated even more flexibly.
A particularly practical advantage for vehicle manufacturers is that the second CAN connection is no longer occupied by the power supply. This allows the control panel to be positioned more flexibly within the CAN bus network and eliminates the need to install it at the end of a CAN bus topology.
This simplifies vehicle architecture and provides greater flexibility for integrating additional systems.
