Whether you want to switch on your air conditioning system from the beach or turn up your heater from the ski slopes – this is now extremely easy to do from almost anywhere in Europe* via app with the iNet X Connect! The far-field module is quickly and easily connected to the iNet X system, and the remote control service can be activated.
All connected devices can be controlled centrally via the Truma iNet X Connect. The iNet X Pro Panel also makes it possible to control switches and display resources, e.g. battery status. You can find a complete functions overview on our Service and Support website.
The service is activated via the iNet X app and allows the connected devices to be controlled via your mobile phone network. The purchase automatically includes a 2-year service package. This starts from the time of its activation in the iNet X app.
After the first 2 years, you can use the iNet X app to flexibly book additional packages for a fee.
After the first 2 years, you can use the iNet X app to flexibly book additional 30- or 365-day packages** for a fee. They are not automatically extended. There are no ongoing costs.

Step 1: The remote module is attached to your vehicle and connected to the iNet X (Pro) Panel via a cable. Alternatively, the Aventa 2nd generation air conditioning system can be connected to the iNet X Connect even with no iNet X (Pro) Panel installed.

Step 2: The iNet X app automatically detects the connected iNet X Connect and integrates it into the system. A welcome screen will automatically open, explaining all further steps.
Step 3: Activate the remote control service in just a few steps via the app and it’s ready to use. Enjoy control on the go!

The purpose of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act (PSTI) is to enhance the security of UK consumer connectable products against cyber attacks. The UK PSTI requirements have been mandatory since 29 April 2024. For this purpose alone, iNet X Connect includes a permanently installed SIM card (eSIM) to enable remote control service**. We do not provide any other services, particularly in the field of telecommunications. iNetX Connect is not a telecommunications service and we are not a provider of telecommunications services.
* iNet X Connect cannot be used in Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Turkey, Belarus, Russia
** The service includes the provision of the digital infrastructure, remote control via the Truma Cloud, eSIM (eUICC) activation, assumption of costs for the use of the mobile network (including roaming) as well as further development and maintenance to fulfil cybersecurity requirements. To use the service, a mobile phone connection is required both on the iNet X Connect and on the end device with the iNet X app.
