To continue training and offer further education of its innovative products, Truma is holding a service training05/28/2018
In an effort to continue training and offer further education of its innovative products, Truma is holding a service training at the Aparicio-Levy Technical College in Tampa, Florida on Tuesday, June 26th, Wednesday June 27th and Thursday, June 28th in cooperation with the Florida Recreational Vehicle Travel Association (FRVTA).
Technicians can complete this Truma Service Training by attending a one day, 8-hour course focused around classroom presentation, hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the Truma Combi: furnace/water heater combination unit and Truma AquaGo: hybrid instant water heater. The training also gives technicians 8 hours towards their RVIA re-certification upon a passing grade on an evaluation test given at the conclusion of the day.
Billy DiDonato, Technical Sales Rep and Head Trainer for Truma will be leading the service training. "Truma is excited to present this hands on training to service technicians in Florida so they can feel comfortable with our products since they are now installed on so many RV’s," DiDonato said.
DiDonato has been with Truma for almost three years and enjoys teaching technicians all over North America about Truma and their products. He’s great at keeping the technicians engaged with humor and his vast knowledge of Truma Combi and Truma AquaGo.
