When I was inserting the SIM card, it fell into the Truma iNet Box – what should I do?

In some Truma iNet Boxes the slot to insert the SIM card is too large so that the card falls beside it. If this happens, you may open the housing of the Truma iNet Box to retrieve the card. Before opening the iNet Box, make sure that it is not connected to a power supply (disconnect 12 V) and that you do not touch the electronics when you are opening it.
