Why is my Truma air conditioner not cooling sufficiently or at all?

If your Truma air conditioner is not cooling, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The thawing process is running. Wait until the thawing process has ended.
  • The remote control temperature setting has been reached or is too high. Set the temperature on the remote control to below room temperature.
  • The external air routes may be blocked or contaminated. Clear the air routes.
  • The filter may be contaminated and need replacing.
