The Truma iNet System shows me an incorrect device configuration – what can I do?

  1. Check whether the Bluetooth connection between the iNet Box and the App is working. For example, to do this, select "Status" in the App to display the power supply and the on-board voltage.
  2. Check whether the Truma iNet Box (symbol: T), Combi heater (symbol: H) and, if applicable, the air conditioner (symbol: A) are recognised correctly on the digital CP plus iNet ready control panel. If not, check the power supply and the TIN cables of the devices and restart device search on the CP plus iNet ready until all devices are shown.
  3. Reset the iNet Box (press Bluetooth button for 30 sec.)
  4. Open the Truma App again and start the remote control.
