The Truma SolarSet 23 in combination with the Mover PowerSet protects the battery of the Truma Mover against deep discharge. The set also maintains the battery voltage. It is important that the battery of the Truma Mover PowerSet is charged regularly, as the SolarSet23 is suitable only for charge maintenance. The Truma BC10 charger ensures gentle charging.
Protection against deep discharge of the battery with solar charging: after manoeuvring, it is best to disconnect the Mover from the battery. This is best done with the battery cut-off switch installed in the vehicle.
Protection against deep discharge of the battery without solar charging: after manoeuvring, it is best to disconnect the Mover from the battery. To do this, either use the battery cut-off switch installed in the vehicle or disconnect the positive pole on the battery. This is done easily with the Easy clicK terminal clamps.
Frost can also damage the battery. Therefore, in the winter months always remove it, store it in a cool, frost-free and dry place and keep it fully charged.
