Yes. Simply set the switch of the Trumatic C to summer mode and select 40 or 60 degrees Celsius water temperature. The respective water temperature is reached when the orange lamp on the control panel goes out.
The heater only heats the boiler (only at the 2 kW level in summer mode) without the circulation fan running.
