Why is my Truma air conditioner not cooling sufficiently or at all?

If your Truma air conditioner is not cooling, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

The thawing process is running. Wait until the thawing process has ended.
The remote control temperature setting has been reached or is too high. Set the temperature on the remote control to below room temperature.
The external air routes may be blocked or contaminated. Clear the air routes.
The filter may be contaminated and need replacing.
