- EN 1949 stipulates that the pressure drop must not exceed 10 mbar at a test pressure of 150 mbar and a test volume of at least 700 cm³.
- Since the specified test volume of 700 cm³ is not usually reached, the Truma additional volume with a capacity of 600 cm³ can be used if required. With an outer tube diameter of 8 mm, a test volume of 700 cm³ corresponds to a total tube length of approximately 25 m.
- If necessary, the additional test volume is screwed between the test hose and the test pump using adapters.
- Can be used with all commercially available test pumps with left-hand ¼” pipe thread.
