The new regulator changeover system for two gas cylinders

Important note on heating while driving:

The following applies to all vehicles registered from 2007 onwards: Heating while driving is permitted with the SecuMotion regulator. The DuoControl may only be used for heating while stationary.

The protection of vested rights to heating while driving applies to vehicles that were registered prior to 2007 – including DuoControl retrofits. The only exception is France. Heating while driving is only permitted in France in vehicles that were initially registered as of 1.1.2006 and have an integrated regulator, e.g. SecuMotion.
