The commercial vehicle mounting set for a gas cylinder consists of:
Cylinder holder
The cylinder holder is suitable for holding 5 kg and 11 kg gas cylinders or gas cylinders with a diameter of up to 320 mm.
SecuMotion
- SecuMotion is the basis for a safe, convenient gas supply.
- The gas pressure regulator is attached to the vehicle frame and connected to the gas cylinder by a gas hose – making it easy to connect to collared cylinders.
- SecuMotion can be used throughout Europe because of its high-pressure hoses with different connections for all of the most popular gas cylinders.
- The high-pressure hose has integrated hose rupture protection – preventing gas from escaping from the cylinder in an uncontrolled manner if the hose happens to break off.
- SecuMotion is equipped with a gas flow monitor that interrupts the gas flow if the gas line breaks off due to an accident, for example.
- Leak testing and regulator testing can be performed via the integrated test connector without having to dismantle the gas pressure regulator.

- Used for propane, butane and propane/butane mixtures
- Admission pressure: 0.4 – 16 bar
- Output pressure: 30 mbar (50 mbar version not available!)
- Flow rate: 0.8 kg/h
- Regulator inlet: M 20 x 1.5 external thread
- Regulator outlet: RVS 8 (for pipelines with an external diameter of 8 mm)
High-pressure hose

The high-pressure hose must be equipped with hose rupture protection for connecting the regulator to the gas cylinder. Truma optionally supplies the HP hoses that are required in six different country-specific variants.

The HP hose must be secured to the hose holder if no gas cylinder is being carried.

The scope of delivery includes 2 protective hoods for preventing the cylinder valve and the SecuMotion gas pressure regulator from becoming soiled. (no picture)
