The Westphalia Design Center has given Truma's new motor home heater the reddot design award 2007. This competition, which has been running since 1955, culminates in the formal presentation of the coveted seal for excellent product design to the winners.
The letter from the jury read “We would like to congratulate you on this recognition of your creativity, your innovative work and the high quality of your product”. With more than 2500 entries from no less than 43 countries, the internationally recognised design experts found it extremely difficult to choose the best designs. The decisive criteria for the evaluation were level of innovation, functionality, formal quality, ergonomics, longevity and ecological compatibility.
The new Truma Combi heater follows the Truma Mover manoeuvring system as the second Truma product to win the right to bear the reddot seal of quality. The new Combi motor home heater will be introduced at the Caravan Salon 07 exhibition in Düsseldorf.
