The days of having to worry about what to do with wet towels and other damp items are also a thing of the past. The new towel dryer also helps to keep the vehicle tidy.
The towel dryer has been designed for universal use. As well as drying conventional towels, you can even warm up your ski boots on the dryer. Two individually adjustable support tubes can be swivelled to any horizontal position and are designed to evenly distribute the warm air via a longitudinal slot on the underside of the tube. This ensures that the items that have been suspended from the dryer are dried evenly and thoroughly.
The system is so robust that each support tube can withstand a load of up to 4 kg. A rotating hook also provides a facility for hanging up face cloths and small towels.
The towel dryer is quick and easy to install by simply clipping it onto an existing Truma warm air vent or attaching it to a mounting device screwed to the wall.
The operation of the warm air vent is unaffected. The warm air is simply diverted into the towel dryer when it is needed.
The new Truma towel dryer will be exhibited at the Caravan Salon trade fair in Düsseldorf in August 2006 and will be available from specialist dealer from this time onwards.
